Our couples enthusiasm makes us feel incredibly lucky to be doing what we do! Their reviews have allowed us to be recognized by WeddingWire’s Couples’ Choice Awards year after year. According to WeddingWire, the Couples’ Choice Awards “recognize local wedding professionals who demonstrate excellence in quality, service, responsiveness, and professionalism.” And now we’re blushing! Easy communication, flexible when changing date due to COVID, couldn’t have been better!
We hired the 9 piece band with brass section as well as a guitarist for ceremony and sax for cocktail hour. Everyone felt like they were at a concert and the dance floor was packed up until the last moment of the last song!
Bay Kings Band absolutely blew away our expectations of a band for our wedding! We are live music lovers, so we immediately were interested and they came highly recommended. The pricing was not significantly more than a DJ, so we were easily sold in for a 5 piece band. From initial communication to finalizations with our wedding planner, everything went smoothly and as expected. On the evening of, they NAILED our first dance song (even with our request of starting 0:57 into the song) and kept the entire party on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG. My mother-in-law even said that she’d never had so much fun dancing and guests from the bar next door (outdoor venue) also thoroughly enjoyed dancing along. Every guest was quick to say how much they enjoyed the band and we are SO appreciative. We highly recommend Bay Kings Band for your wedding or event band!

I don’t know why anyone would go with any other band. Bay Kings Band, THANK YOU. You were amazing!! We had a jazz cocktail hour and for reception music we wanted some 90s hip hop, latin music and every song was so great!!! Our guests had so much fun. Multiple people commented on how impressed they were with the band (including some musicians themselves). Bay Kings Band was also incredibly affordable. I was really shocked (in a good way) when I was quoted the price. I thought it was too good to be true.

Bay Kings Band was so wonderful through the entire planning process through the night of our wedding. They were responsive for months leading to the wedding, assisted with all of my questions and I felt so confident going into the wedding that everything was taken care of. They really paid attention to the music we told them we liked and I truly have never seen so many people on a dance floor at a wedding. Our guests got up to dance immediately and the band brought the energy all night! This was one of our favorite parts of our wedding. We had the 8-piece band as we wanted a horn section and it was exactly what we had hoped for. 100% worth the money. I couldn’t recommend having a band at your wedding more, especially Bay Kings Band. We appreciate Bay Kings band so much and our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them!

We hired the Bay Kings Band for my daughter’s wedding in November 2021. From the moment I spoke with them, we had nothing but a great experience. We went to listen to them live prior to the wedding and that made us fall in love with them. We have had several guests say they have never seen so many people at one time on the dance floor for the entire wedding. It was amazing. The lead singer and MC kept our evening flowing and it was fantastic.
